Shipping & Returns


Making a purchase could not be easier. Please browse our Catalogue, click the item you wish to purchase and put it into the shopping basket. Repeat this for any further items until you are satisfied that you have covered all the items you require. Click on the shopping backet to view your purchases. You will then be asked to fill in your details.

We accept credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch. All payments must be in pounds sterling. If you wish to pay by cheque, the items purchased will not be sent until the cheque payment has been cleared through our account. All items will not be charged for until they are sent out in the mail.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS - If the item purchased is defective and is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please return the item to us detailing the fault, making sure the item is well packaged and in its original box (if any).(Return of the goods is your responsibility. If this parcel is lost or stolen, Transport Models will not be responsible for the cost of the items contained within this parcel.) If the item is proved to be defective, then the return postage will be refunded and a replacement sent to you. If this is not available, full credit will be given. CANCELLING AN ITEM - Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery on all our products. To cancel this contract, please return the goods to us unopened and in perfect condition. If they are not in a resaleable condition when received back at our offices, the returned policy cannot be implemented.


All United Kingdom orders will be subject to a postage charge of £3.50 per order. If all goods are not in stock, part of the order will be despatched with a £3.50 delivery charge and the balance of the goods will be sent at a later date with no further postage charges added. For orders outside the UK, you will be advised of the cost of postage by email before we proceed to process the order.


If your item is not in stock, we will put these on back order. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If an item ordered has sold out, then you will be contacted with the option to cancel your order.


For orders made from the UK or the European Union VAT is added. Orders placed outside the EU are VAT free.
